Returns & Exchanges

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your order and contact us at info@rosereaactive.com within 7 days upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we will advise the address to return to, and you might exchange for:

-the same item or, 
-another item of the same value or,
-another item of greater value and you pay the price difference

All shipping cost incurred for the return is borne by the customer. 

Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Plus, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

 
All purchases are non-refundable unless the item you received is wrong or damaged and we could not provide an exchange of another item. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember if can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserved the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
