How It All Began: Reimagining Rococo for Movement
There has always been something irresistible about the 18th century to me.
The softness of pastel colours, the intricate fashion details, the unapologetic romance of Rococo fashion—every detail felt like a celebration of beauty, art and self-expression. I was especially drawn to corsets: scandalous, misunderstood garments that were not only decorative and powerfully feminine.
Yet as much as I loved historical fashion, I lived very much in the present—dancing, moving, stretching and craving clothing that could keep up with the body in motion. Somewhere between admiring museum pieces and tying my own dance shoes, a question began to form:
What if the elegance of Rococo could move with us?
That question became the beginning of this brand.
